The Missing Link

We live in an amazing time.

More information is available than ever, much of it for free.

A few weeks ago, my 12-year-old and I started learning the art of Jiu jitsu online.

The art of practicing joint manipulations with your 12-year-old in the comfort of your house is....exciting.

However, after the initial excitement of learning began to wear off, I started to notice something....we weren't practicing nearly as much as when we started.

And I know why.

You see there is a missing link to attaining success.

Just ask yourself why most people gained bodyfat and lost fitness during the lockdowns?

Everyone had access to as many fitness videos as they dared look at.

Everyone had access to the smartest nutritionists and diet books that exist.

Just about everyone had extra time on their hands.

So why did most people gain bodyfat and get in worse shape?

What was the problem?

It's simple really. They didn't have anyone to coach them or hold them accountable.

So, they failed.

It's tough to go it alone.

Making course corrections, holding oneself accountable, pushing yourself out of your comfort zone....

...all things a that a coach can help.

Many of the most successful people in the world have coaches for those reasons above.

Making course corrections.

Pushing you out of your comfort zone.

Holding you accountable.

This missing links.

1. Join our LAUNCH Program.

For those athletes who are not training right now and want to get back into it: I’m working with a few athletes to help them start the school year off right.  This program is designed for athletes that are looking to train before school starts at least 1x per week. 2. Work with us to GROW 

If you're athlete is looking to specifically put on size and strength and is willing to commit to training 2x per week (minimum) until Christmas this is the program for you.  We're taking on a few new clients in our Growth Accelerator program.
