I was having a conversation with one of my clients the other day and he said something that stuck with me...

..."Who you surround yourself with is the most important decision you can make".

You see winners and losers do have one thing in common...they are both committed to their mindset.

A winner takes responsibility....

A loser blames anyone else.

Although these days it may be fashionable in some circles to have a victim mentality, I have never met a champion who thought that way.

If you want to be great, take extreme ownership of your situation. Own it. Learn. Get better.
