Erin began her apprenticeship at the Jungle in 2011, while completing her Kinesiology degree at the University of Calgary. She has since worked with athletes of all ages and sport backgrounds, focusing her training on proper functional movement patterns and unilateral core strength development. For the last year, Erin's emphasis has been on spiral-diagonal strength improvement, utilizing a myriad of non-traditional modalities to strengthen and realign specific muscle imbalances and weaknesses. These methods are heavily incorporated into our Spiral-Diagonal Strength and Postural Improvement programs.
